RIGHTS

By submitting your content to the MCFF, you hereby grant to MCFF the irrevocable royalty free non-exclusive license to screen the content at the MCFF for promotional purposes or to stream your film in the MCFF official distribution channels both online and mobile, new media platforms for a term from May 8, 2012 until July 15, 2012. You grant MCFF the right to use your name, photograph (if supplied) and biographical material in connection therewith for both promotional and new media distribution and you hereby grant us the right to use still photographs, clips and trailers (if submitted) from your content.
You hereby represent and warrant that: 1. You have the right to enter this film in the VMCFF and you are at least 18 years of age. 2. You have read the festival and understand the festival rules, regulations and terms of submission. 3. You have secured all the rights for your film, including music, story and title and you have cleared all rights including copyright, trademarks and logos as described on the FAQ page. 4. MCFF’s use as described herein of the content will not constitute a breach of any broadcast, distribution, talent or other agreements you have for the submitted content. 5. You are solely liable for any damage resulting from infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights or any other intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, rights or privacy and publicity, or any other harm or damage arising from MCFF’s exhibition of your content. 6. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless MCFF, its agents, distribution partners, directors and other third parties operating at the direction of MCFF for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) due to any claims by any third parties that may arise from MCFF’s use of your content or by reason of a breach of your representations and warranties. By agreeing below, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to the regulations of The Virtual Monaco Charity Film Festival and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information that you have supplied is correct.
